status of catering in Shatabdi 12016
Travelling from jaipur to Delhi in 12016 shatabdi.
Quality of food served was very bad. Gravy and cheese were separate . Lodged complaint on catering help line . Person asked aap ko kya taklif hai. Is this way railway complaint centre runs.
I told him about quality of food. He asked for seat no than catering manager came offering to change dish with dish from Executive class I refused and asked for complaint book. He did not turnup.
Earlier in this circle issue was raised of poor quality of food and complaint redressal. But it seems nothing has been done. Attachin photo of veg dish. Can railway authorities throw some light.
How u can get your complaint redressed or we should keep on suffering And keep on paying For poor quality food. more

Agree with Mr Rajeev. I traveled in Howrah Jodhpur Superfast and used railway catering service. There is no branded things to serve, packed water was of unknown brand when I asked for Rail Neer catering manager told "hamare pass to yahi hai apko lena ho to lo". All items were unknown brand. more

Food quality in Shatabdi and Rajdhani is degrading day by day. Instead of charging catering charges with tickets please allow pantry people to sell it on demand, similarly we are visiting or ordering any food stuffs in any of food joints in city. more
