FRIENDS I HAVE BEEN WRITING LETTERS, FACE BOOK AND USING TWEETER ON WORKING OF CITY ADMN. FARIDABAD TO PMO/CMO/DC ON PUBLIC GRIEVANCES WITH EVIDENCES- NO REPLY. MCF/HUDA/POLICE/DM ALL ARE SILENT. STATE HIGHWAY ENCROACHED BY MAFIA AND SOLD HUDA LAND ON GURGAON ROAD OPP SAINIK COLONY. IT TAKES 15 MINUTES TO CROSS 1 KM FROM SANIK COLONY TO NIT 3. THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE INCH LEFT ALONG THE ROAD. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT IS 30' BOTH SIDE OF THE ROAD. ROADS NH IV TO DABUA AND BADKHAL TO SANIK COLONY AFTER SPENDING CRORES OF PUBLIC MONEY HANDED OVER TO ENCROACHERS. WHAT TO DO? SUGGEST PLEASE. more

It is a real big problem every were. Also people from other cities/States come make some small make shift arrangements for their lively hood and then expand it slowly and convert to permanent like structure ,they bath, clean cloths and utensil on footpath and road making them dirty. They also defect on footpath/road before sunrise . They also become safety hazard to local people and passer by since slowly they develop links with Mafia of locality . Later on when municipality try or show to try these unauthorized structures same is opposed with support of some MP or MLA or Councilor and Mafia painting bad picture of locality. A.K.Agrawal more

Friends, Thanks for Comments. There are some good suggesssions like to discuss unitedly and act for action. I have made RTI also under the act and State SIC issued SHOW CAUSE NOTICE FOR NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION TO D.C. AND MCF OFFICERS FOR PENALIZING 25000/- BUT LATER WITHDRAWN ON ASSURANCE FROM THEM. ON DATE INFORMATION YET TO BE RECEIVED. IN SECOND RTI TO A.R. ( CO OP SOCIETIES) FARIDABAD, IN 1st APPEAL, DY REGISTRAR DECIDED IN MY FAVOUR TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FREE OF COST BY 17 JULY, 2015. REMINDERS TO D.C. FARIDABAD AND A.R. CO OP SOCIETY FARIDABAD SENT. WAITER FOR GOVERNANCE OF MODI JEE AND KHATTAR SAHEB. more
