Staying Fit

If you don’t have any metabolic disorder, busy with work and family , don’t want to waste money on shitty things & belong to a vegetarian family, then :

3 meals a day , in each meal

Good fat
25-50 grams natural protein in each meal
50-100 grams good carbs in each meal.

Plus one good multivitamin.

Pre sleep walk to avoid tv and phone.

Best Gym Routine is

Push
Pull
Legs
Rest
Repeat
Plus
Enough sleep

Just 8 exercises:

Bench presses ( flat & incline)
Rowings
Chin-ups
Pushups
Squats
Lunges
+/- Dead lifts
Shoulder presses

Don’t waste time on biceps triceps nonsense.

Failure in each sets, 25 mins light cardio after each gym session.

To avoid injury, don’t lift heavy just have high reps
For postures take help of youtube.

Keep doing this for 1 year.

You will be in top 1 % of your surroundings after this period.
