Stiff Fingers - what to do
Here are some mild exercises for your fingers and hands, so they don't have to bear the brunt of technology.
1. First and the most basic exercise for your hands is to open and close your palms. Stretch them while opening them, while also stretching the fingers as wide as you can.
2. Secondly, fold your hands in a Namaste position and leaving the fingers attached, slowly move the lower part away from each other. This helps in stretching the muscles below your fingers. This can be a bit painful in the starting so don't overdo.
3. To stretch the fingers individually, you can use the fingers of one hand to stretch the fingers of the other hand, one at a time. Use the thumb of the loose hand to provide a support to the finger being stretched. more
