Still bursting crackers

People are still bursting crackers and violating SC order. The air we are breathing in delhi is beyond hazardous and toxic. How can one be so brain dead?! And where is the enforcement? What are the state Govts also upto? Nothing changes. Just years go by passing the buck more

Shivani, people dont bother about themself but they should think a while for the kids. are they not feeling regret to see small kids with breathing problem? and this is not blame to illitrate people.. see the video on FB and news channels, we educated people bursting crakers and feeling happy to see the smoke around us!! more

It appears that Govt. is no way serious to stop such activity. Court order execution is to be monitored by the local Govt. and it's a failure of Govt. machinery. more
