It is an old post - https://www.localcircles.com/a/home?t=r&commid=JZhoF5nssLCufcWxj1CzswEutDw11XsVvhB_EElmvFU Whenever in NCR next, do try to meet so I can do a more detailed evaluation. more
I would suggest plenty of fluids and high fiber diet. Could you let me know in detail about your diet? I could recommend suitable modifications. Dr Saumya Mittal Physician and Diabetician 9873711878 more
Reason why past does not leave us is this--when the events in the past had happened there was a certain emotion connected to it, and when we get memories of the same, the same negative emotions are relived...what you have to learn is to separate the two-i.e. let it be treated as a memory-thought without the emotion being connected to it....and if there is remorse or guilt attached to it, you simply need to forgive yourself (with love)..so the point is not to forget them but to look at that memory objectively as having happened to a certain Mr.Durga Prasad or certain Mr.Richard at a certain point in time but not to you in the present.for any elaborations, you can mail me a scanned copy of your handwriting more
