Stop RPF Extortion or Bribe on Bandra Terminus , and Mumbai Railway Station.
Dear Sir,
Everyday many Peoples use Mail or Express Train at Bandra Terminus. and we have Hired RPF for our Security. But since long time I will see that the RPF at Bandra Terminus has extortion the Public name of Checking. they will first look your Luggage, Pocket, Wallet, Mobile, etc. if you have some money more then 5000 - 7000 they will start extort to you. they will say that this is illegal money. and you have fined for it. after they will check your Mobile. actually as per law if they will check your mobile without any search warrant this is unlawful. But they will do any how for Bribe. and they will break your Privacy. many peoples are fear from RPF extortion in Bandra Terminus. actually we have hired the RPF for our Security not for Extortion. They will give a old news papers article s cutting zerox for see. and say that you have fined for this video or picture you will pay Rs. 10000 and you have jailed for six months. and say that if you want settle this and dont want to go jail pay the fine Rs. 10000/- or give us your Mobile. if you have argue with them they will start the Bargaining with you. they are do the all unlawful action for only Bribe. actually the RPF Man have not any right to break your Privacy or Check your Mobile. So, I will request to again this Dept. please stop the Extortion of Passengers. and whatever the Dept. do the needful action as soon as possible. and stop the everyday Harassment of Passengers.

When we see they will harass any other Passenger, please ask the RPF man's name and Designation. after ask there for this unlawful activities. when we make the chain of people and ask them why you break our privacy? please inform us the law of break the Privacy of Normal People. because the some RPF man fearless and Shameless. and they use there power in illegal activities. So, we make the chain and when many peoples asking them they will fear again the law. but we need first chain the people and be the fearless from them. because they will harass or extort normal people for Bribe purpose only. so, please save the Normal people s time, Money and fear. because the some RPF mans do it unlawful, only for Bribe. People want s the dont waste there time and do the settle with Bribe. and no one asking them for unlawful activities. I want need any action for this unlawful things. why happen this unlawful things? because we are fear from them. so be a fearless, no one break the your privacy or extort to you. I see such this type of extorting on Bandra Terminus since long time or Many years. I want just one thing, they will stop the Extorting the People for Bribe. more
