Stopping Open Urination
The compound wall of our house was used as a urinal for many months. My husband put an electric wire into the wall. The person who urinated would get a mild electric shock in a very sensitive area! The nuisance stopped in two days. more

These are just manifestations of a society which has not received a proper primary education, or of a society which is not empowered- we do not have sufficient number of toilets even now(we are busy building hospitals, temples and mosques)- there is no safe drinking water and waste management is still in infancy and the habit of balanced diet is almost absent. Let us focus only on these basic issues as had already happened in all the countries. Right now I am in Sri Lanka, even they have advanced far ahead of us in social security and human development. Healthy citizens in any society is a manifestation of social security and human development. There is no Malaria as it used to be in Sri Lanka by intensive measures in waste management. One cannot go to some one who is pissing in the open to stop him. Certain characteristics needs to be cultivated by individual. Recently when a person requested some young person not to smoke in public, he was bitten severely as a result of which he died. In another incident when a auto rickshaw driver requested some students not to piss in the open, he had the same fate. so many ab time people do not take the step of stopping some one. more
