Stray Dogs In Old rajinder Nagar
Inspite of many complaints to MCD, nothing much has been achieved on this, now they have increased many folds as some people feed them in front of their homes with biscuits and milk. Aged and children are hurt daily due to fear and MASS Barking by group of dogs. Its now impossible for the kids to play out.

Mr. Manish, It is true. Whole Delhi has been suufering. The problem is very much prevelant not in your Area or Delhi, other States are also badly affected. Recently, Kerala was in news for its residents had tried to take law into their hands and kill thedogs. it could not, however, continue for long. Some of the activists were jailed. It is very strange that every State Government and the Central Government are very much aware of the problem, which has exceeded all limits of tolerance, but no corrective action is being taken. The Supremem Court also has not been very clear in its obervastion. Supreme court in many cases has directed the Governments to act in public interest. The Delhi High Court had drected the SMCD for taking action but the Corporation has told the High Court that it could not take any action against the dogs without the permission of the Animal Welfare Board,-Chenai. The cases are pending in the High Courts and the Suprem Court, the Governments and the local authorities are very much in the knowledge of the gravity of the situation, they are acting deaf and dumb. No action. Citizens are suffering like helpless people. Where is the "Government of the People, by the people and for the people.?" Every one of us must raise the voice, spread awareness of the growig population (of dogs), moblise, the opinion and raise a peaceful movement, to shake the Authorities out of the slumber. more

Police can also be requested for the nuisance in neighbourhood in respect of Pet But for stray menace, we have to file complaints to MCD Stray Dog Squads WHO are being pensioned for nil visible DUTY if any being recorded as their daily output in job ? more
