In case of house tax refunds are not made and the excess amount if any is adjusted against future payment and no interest is paid.Why so? Why amount is not adjusted against water bills automatically and statement showing balance is not issued? more

Dear all , this government must come forward with full fillment of promises while bagging the vote. We have no capacity to change this currept system but defiantly we can change goverment in existing system . It is the duty of peoplist government to dump the currept system before terms come to them.
