The Subject matter is very delicate. The mentality of the Railway Staff to be Completely Changed. They Think that they are all privileged people and not answerable to anybody and superior over all. They behave in such a way and treat all the passengers as illiterates and third rated human beings, thinking that they are super intelligent and head weighted as Govt. Employee. If they honestly, diligently work and behave properly, the railways will be number I organisation. Most of the people in ticket counter will even hardly look the person who is waiting for buying ticket . they will centrally assembled around a table in the middle of the hall and will come to give ticket only after gossiping , chatting etc. They will slowly come to the counter seat after some shouting by the People. I hope that the employment is being given only on the basis of the eligibility , skill etc. Once got the job and made as permanent staff , they while away time , no working etc.as they feel their Union will save them. Therefore, Fixing liability and video recording of their activities will improve efficiency and curtail idle time , gossip etc. more
