2) Law and Order
3) Real Estate Problems faced by Noidaites
4) Garbage/Cleaning
5) Traffic
6) Social Initiatives like helping underprevilged residents of noida
7) RWA workings
8) School Fees
9) Power Supply
10) Encroachments
Hope others can add to this list and same may be presented to DM and his team. more

I feel that issues raised by Shri Bharat Lal are important. There can be many more issues but for a focused discussion we have to zero in on few and work towards solutions. We may also consider our contribution in resolving the issues with full cooperation and support with the administration. For example, can we form groups and have one round of the neighbor hood once a week to start with and post the concerned authorities on the status of issues listed out. more

Problems are piling up every day because either they are never attended or attended half heartedly. Encroachments - unless allottees is kept within his boundary wall the tendency of encroachment will not go. How the drain system will work when people cover the drain with ramps and cement slabs manufactured and provided by Noida Authority. Vacant plots in between occupied flats. These plots are becoming illegal parking for unauthorised parties. more

Please add regulation of disorganised and unauthorised parking, as also vehicles flouting traffic rules. more

Mt Bharat Lal ji the most important issue in Noida is of Blocked drains and sewers which remain unattended for years together. Second one to replace the old and worn our transormers and electrical cables which is main cause of frequent power outages. more
