I had booked HP refill cylinder on 28th November, 15 and the cash memo No 133235 for Rs.556/-. Booking No.596108. However the delivery was given on 1st Dec. 2015 and fresh bill No.133835 for Rs.618 was issued. I had complained to HP Gas on 1st Dec. 15 under No.15197680. I sent mail to ministry of Petroleum but has yielded no results. I hope this form would take up the matter and help the consumers from such mischief in future. more

Some builders are fudging the Pune Municipal Corporation papers putting forge sign and seal of PMC authorities in preparing apartments' documents (Bhopkhel area). Will it be challenged in Grievance redressal forum (Jago Grahak Jago). Even builder has made 1-2 flats in Ground Floor which is exclusively reserved for parking. PMC do not take any action against builder. Please inform me the right forum to approach in this regard. more

Stop ADULTERATION in EDIBLE and any other edible oils that generally used by the customer. Even Petrol and diesel oils also. Even AGARBATTI affect human health. I get ASTHMETIC attack by this Agarbatti smoke as the are naturally scented. In the same way matches smoke also. more

आप पहले बैंक को लिखित शिकायत दें। अगर फिर भी समस्या का निवारण नहीं होता है तो ऑनलाइन बैंकिंग लोकपाल को कंपलेंट करें और फिर भी बात नहीं बने तो आप कन्ज़यूमर कोर्ट में परिवाद करें आपको निश्चित रूप से सफलता मिलेगी और साथ ही बैंक से आपको हर्जाना भी कोर्ट दिलाएगा। अगर आपको परिवाद करने में दिक्कत हो तो की गई कार्यवाही की फ़ोटो कॉपीज अपने और बैंक के पते के साथ भेज दीजिये आपको परिवाद रेडी करवा के भेज दिया जायेगा। more

Unless you have proof that Rs.200 was paid to the dealel, i dont think anything can be done. It is definitely cheating but there is no proof. The dealer will get full refund of his VAT once he cancells the bill. He need not even pay it and get refund, he will just pay that much less while filing his tax return. When there is not sale, there cannot be a tax. more
