There is no restriction on setting up a different Communication address, as a matter of fact it should be mentioned in your correspondence to people that for Communicating any queries they should contact only the specified Communications office. more  

There is no bar on a 2nd address, stated as "Address for Communication" or even "Corporate Office" or any such term also appearing on ALL Company documentation alongwith the Registered Office Address. Documentation which does not contain the Registered Office Address would be violative of the Rules. As such please ensure that all Visiting Cards, Contracts, Invoices etc carry BOTH addresses or at least the Registered Office Address. more

It appears from your query that your registered office address is not your residential address. Theoretically, all official communication pertaining to statutory authorities regarding your business will be your registered address where also you need to have your Trade License issud by the local municipal authorities. Also, your Bank Current A/C must be your registered address. Post Office will deliver only to your Registered address. Couriers also may insist sometimes. more
