Police in plain clothes and in pvt cars travel in night hours at crime vulnerable locations.
Locations where the unscrupulous elements loot cars , bikes, people.
Catch the culprits .
It will b like BAIT .
This technique after some time will reduce instances of loot .

Excellent out of box suggestion, I am sure the government agency is miles away to think like that. Theft, robberies , rapes etc. are again picking up in NCR, in spite of Modi ji & Yogi ji hard work. Gradually it is becoming bad to worst. more
