Modification of railways is in progress one of the example if T-18 and one of the recent announcement is that T-18 newer version design and review is in progress which will of Rajdhani types as it will AC-I, AC-II and AC-III coaches. Since IR is one of the biggest rail network and modification/up gradation has started recently only hence we must and watch for sleeper version of T-18 trains. more

My Suggestion are Below. Indian Railways are running 15 year old Coaches and services and amenities they are not providing world class. I'm very frustrated to travel in Indian railways particularly in sleeper class. After many decades of independence still Indian railways are not efficient and proving comfort travel to citizens. I Suggest Indian government to make THIRD PARTY AUDIT so that nation know how railways are operating old Coaches and decade old Services. Indian railways doesn't care of safety and care of citizens. more

The wish list is big; but when it comes to realistic fares to finance procurement of new modified coaches, track renewal, improved safety, there is a hue and cry. Also passengers do not maintain hygiene in the coach and in toilets. more
