Supertech owner - Should he be jailed
Supreme Court orders demolition of two 40-floor towers built by real estate company Supertech in one of its housing projects in Noida; says construction was a result of the collusion between the officials of the Noida authority and Supertech.
If thats the case Prevention of Corruption Act must have been violated which says giving and taking bribe is a crime so means that supertech owners and noid authority chairman and ceo then must be behind bars.

Yes now it is turn of the Govt. to rise to reality and act fast. If it would have been done when the Govt. took over most of the rouge builder mafia would have come in straight line. Once any such strict action is taken this menace of cheating and loot by connivance of official will stop not only in Noida but whole country. This would set an example and clear the image of no tolerance corruption free Govt.

It is a ready made case for the Govt., especially the U.P.Govt. , to act. This would set an example for other Govts. too and strengthen public faith in our justice system.

Quite right...... Noida has indeed had many many illegal things approved by the Administration. I feel more a the owners of Supertech, it is the NOIDA officials who are involved who should be dismissed from service and their right to Pension withdrawn permanently. apart from heavy fines being levied on these people.

All those, including builder and noida authority officials, who were involved in the illegal construction of Towers should be identified and examplary punished. If the guilty are allowed to go free, it would have adverse reflection on the U.P.Govt. of the day..

Irony is everyone is sulking from his or their duties and responsiblities. When Hon'ble court has openly accepted that there is evidence of corruption whyu it can't take sue moto action setting a precedant and deterrant for all in future. OIr it may atlease direct the Govt. to fix responsiblites and penalise all concerned But I think once commented duty and responsiblity is over.
