Supplier cheated on product quality and consignment

I have billed order for power adapters from a supplier JD Power Solutions. I was cheated on quality of the product. Also, the supplier sent me only half the quantity of the total order. What is the procedure to launch a complaint? more

Please verify while you placed the purchase order, specification, quality aspects are mentioned in that order, if it infringed then you can proceed with civil suit u/s 420 and get the remedy more
