Supply of Under weight product
Even Paper boat supply their product in lower weight than mentioned in the pack. I gave a complaint which is not responded for a long time. more

Dear Sir, I am unable to understand the exact quantity of difference in weight claimed and actual from your sample. If the pack is claimed to be 300 gms. and actual weight is 298 gms. then the small error should be ignored not with standing the fact that small amounts add up to a large quantity over a number of packs. You may also note that it is impossible for vegetable vendor to give the item of exact weight. Invariably, he/she gives marginally higher quantity to almost every customer thus adding up to perhaps a kg. or more over his day's sales. The customers unhesitatingly take the excess. The exceptions are the super market chains, who bill the customer to the last gram. When we unhesitatingly take marginal excess some-where, we should display similar magnanimity while receiving slightly slightly less. more
