Supply of Water by Haryana to Delhi
On 13.03.2015 two applications filed by Haryana and DJB were listed in Delhi High Court. DJB informed the court that Haryana is supplying less quantity of water. Haryana had filed an application for clarifications etc. with hidden aim to supply less water than directed by Court. However no order has been made by the court and matter will be listed on 27.03.2015, the date already fixed with the direction to inform the court what steps should be take to ensure that Delhi does not get less water.
One interesting fact came to light that Haryana officials are not allowing DJB to lift water for Dwarka, Nangloi, Haiderpur, Bawana plants and when objected they manhandled DJB officials.
When I pointed out this fact High court was shocked to hear this and has orally asked DJB to lodge FIR if such things happen in future. more

High Court is always shocked..... it then "gives an order"...... and everything settles..... right.....???? If govt is involved and even private parties..... everything is ignored, delayed, appealed..... you name it.... it is really rare for things to be "settled" as per "court orders"... Here again..... govt's squabble, politicians "shout off their heads"..... and aam aadmi continues to suffer without water.... and the judiciary is "shocked".... Do they not all get water like the rest so that they are "shocked".....????? Answer is no..... govt officials (including judiciary), politicians and other "privileged VIP's" always ensure they are NEVER "short of anything" and live in their "self promoted cocoons"..... as aam aadmi suffers.... daily..... Put an end to VIP culture..... and then watch the country change..... forever....!!! more

Remember a weather and climatic fact. Snowing in Himalayas are on average fixed in certain quantity from millions of years. All connected rivers are getting that much water only. If Delhi's populations has grown trillion times doesn't mean that more snow will fall on mountains. There are states which are totally dependent on water in the direction of water flow like HP, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, UP , Bihar etc. Its Delhi Governments responsibility to analyse the requirements of population and restrict the boundaries of Delhi, height of residential colonies, industries, water consumption pattern, re-circulation of water by treatment, and so on. Why should Haryana give water to Delhi and for what ? If it is growing in haphazard manner from two stories to four stories building, so that more people can accommodate in 50, 90, 100, 125, 150 square yards house areas as if voters are bloody rats. Jhungi Jhopadies will have more water than rich people colonies. In my views we should educate the higher ups in Government to not to play with fixed amount of water that nature stores for us as snow in Himalayas. Rivers were perpetual water tapes and they have dries out. Every living citizen of this country is worth blaming for future grand children s betterment. Lawyers are the channels through which this water resources are being thoroughly exploited in most dangerous manner. If this continue to happen Sir you will not be able to see your grand children in good health in your twilight days. I request you kindly call on Geography and Geological scientist and know more about it and I am sure you will be delighted to fight the case in a better way for all the people who are dependent on Yamuna river. Delhi is based on Rocks and water cannot trickle down from yamuna and hence ground water deficiency. Can your law do something on this geological facts. Call concerned scientist they will make you more wise. more

This is bound to happen as the level of politics in India is so low. Central government has not understood from its defeat in Delhi that the voters are now educated and understand the ill designs of the central government. They seems to have forgotten that the public can uproot the cheap politicians from the political scene itself. A good politician will always work towards development more
