support for secret investigation and punishment

Is it possible to file a case at apex court and conduct the case in a secret manner? How to do that? Because I am interested in filing a case against an important and close person to me. If the information has come out that will be spoil the reputation of an academic institute and our country. That is why I am seeking the support to conduct the case in a secret manner. more

There are certain matters which are required to be investigated secretly and a provision is there. You can go ahead. more
A Case in Court, by definition is in public domain and cannot be pursued "secretly" - you could act as a "whistle blower" and make an anonymous submission to the relevant Govt Dept / Ministry etc. which is expected to take action on the matter .... more
It is difficult to have such secret proceedings in our law system. If you are having such concrete documentary and valid proofs which can stand in court of law and can't be challenged even after change of situation, you proceed further with support of your colleague without fear. Spoiling of reputation should not matter, one should be exposed for wrong deeds.(as he himself have no shame for such deeds) more
There's a provision of in-camera proceedings where cases are conducted in secrecy. This is usually done in sexual harassment and family disputes. You will have to apply for the special trial and if your grounds mentioned are valid the court may permit for a secret hearing. more
there is no restriction if u pay an advocate and tell him to do so. he can file and keep on pursuing on illegal pleas till your time, money & peace r exhausted. Best is keep it a secrtet 2 yourself as no other way it can be kept as secret in our judiciary as ull hardly find anyone really concerned with reputation of ur institute and OUR country. U PAY ME N ILL KEEP IT SECRET FOREVER. more
