SUPREME COURT SHOWS THE WAY TO PUT AN END TO STUBBLW BURNING AND ALL THE WOES OF POOR DELHIITES ::

S.C. has asked who is responsible Stubble burnig and went on to answer , the State Governments .

The entire state Administrative and Police mechanism of Punjab, Hariyana, U.P. from the Chief Secretary to the local policeman are held responsible .

A SIMPLE LOGIC HAD TO BE TOLD TO THE HONOURABLE MINISTERS AND TEAMS OF MINISTERS !

What can the poor people do if they elect and give all powers to the politician ; cant we with hold atleast some power to tell the politicians what is bad , what is Good ?

Very clearly the S.C.has told that the State Governments are responsible and they seem to be interested only in electioneering.

THEY HAVE TO BE MADE LIABLE IN TORT *.

*A tort, in common law jurisdictions, is a civil wrong[1] that causes a claimant to suffer loss or harm, resulting in legal liability for the person who commits the tortious act. It can include the intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, financial losses, injuries, invasion of privacy and many other things.

ATLEAST AFTER A HEAVY TOLL THIS HAS COME . HOPE THE GOVERNMENTS WILL NOT WAIT FOR SUCH TRAGEDIES AND DAMAGE TO HAPPEN MAKING THE CITIZENS MORE DEPENDANT ON THE JUDICIERY .
- Indians have to Salute the Judicieryfor this . more

The day whole electorate will get aware and will vote on the their open wisdom and clear assessment the candidate to who they are going to vote, the total scenario will automatically will get changed. I pray for that day to TRANSFORM THE WHOLE COUNTRY. more

I think a villager from Punjab was showing on a slide the way out of taking care of the stubble. The Governments at the State and Central levels may through publicity particularly in rural areas invite formally the suggestions that also provide an earning to the farmers for disposal of stubble. more
We all need to boycott elections 0 voting, to bring notice to Supreme court to find alternate to these politician gimmicks, too much promises when peg for voting....AAP is taking advance of controlling 25% of pollution in Delhi and where as BJP is telling they who controlled.. Fxxk these peoples, honestly more then 30-40% of people even want to get rid of country to settle outside of India.. When will stop these fake promises by politicians.. more
I feel supreme court in India, does not really play any major role, they do whatever politician directs them to. Can supreme court play any role in making policies, then they are as good as me who will keep showing concern but nothing moves in the right direction at the right time. In India nobody means nobody is proactive in fixing the problems. Whether its city planning, providing civil services to the citizens, migrations, vehicles management in the city or rather anything you may think. Can anyone remember, government doing anything in anticipation and given the citizen the comfort. The government or the politician bring you to the cocking situation and then they wake and by then its too late. Take this pollution, who did not anticipate the severe conditions due to this stubble burning. They let people suffers. Recent survey says that 40% people want to shift out of the city ! Mind you more then then are waiting to migrate to Delhi. The government, really and gradually, making you to enjoy the rape ! more
