Their one sided acts only suggest as if only the criminals deserve their attention under under human rights. Hyderabad police action is only an outburst of rages scattered among the people of law enforcing agencies apart from the common man towards the apathy being displayed by the concerned authorities in delivering/executing justice even on such heard-rendering crimes. Looking to the gravity of the situation, a review of our existing judicial system to arrest spreading the impulsiveness displayed in Hyderabad case. To start with, following points could be focused:
1) What instigated Hyderabad Police to execute rhe
encounter;
2) Are the law keeping forces along with common man
losing faith in our judiciary & judicial system;
3) Should the perpetrators of gruesome crimes, like, rape &
murder already proved in the court and sentenced to
death be allowed to delay the execution of the
punishment on one or other pretence and should be
allowed to file mercy appeal;
4) What is the justification in prolonging such gruesome
cases in courts for pronouncement of judgement for
several years and even for decades;
5) Should the accused of hyenas crimes, like, rapes and
murders be granted bail to enable them for further
criminal acts;
6) Shouldn't our lawyers refuse to accept cases of such
criminals;
7) Should crimes, like, rapes & murders be differentiated
considering age factors or the criterion should be the act
and intention;
8) What should the government do to create an
atmosphere likely to be helpful to drastically reduce, if
not eradicate gruesome crimes like, rapes and murders;
9) The kind of action needed to repose faith in our judiciary
system.
