SURAKSHIT BHARAT : HYDERABAD RAPE & MURDER CASE : DOPS DID JUSTICE ON THE PRINCIPLE OF "JUSTICE DELA
Finally, justice has been delivered by the Hyderabad Cops to the victim of the recent most vilest act of rape and murder perpetrated in Hyderabad last week (people called it as Hyderabad Nirbhaya incident) by encountering all the accused within less than a week of perpetration of the crime. While the heroic act of Hyderabad Police has overwhelmed by the common man calling the action as an act of champions, our so called humanists have initiated an investigation into it with the intention of finding out substances proving foul play to accuse the police. However, the organisation (Human Rights) seldom express their concern over inordinate delay in delivering justice by our courts in such gruesome crimes. They are not even concerned for upholding the execution of capital punishment awarded to the perpetrators of Delhi Nirbhaya eight years back on one or other pretence. Rarely they react and express anxiety over the increased trend of rape & murder incidents. Neither they ever express concern and suggest amendment to the laws providing unwarranted opportunities to the perpetrators of hyenas crimes to delay execution of awarded punishment or even to get a concession in diluted terms.
Their one sided acts only suggest as if only the criminals deserve their attention under under human rights. Hyderabad police action is only an outburst of rages scattered among the people of law enforcing agencies apart from the common man towards the apathy being displayed by the concerned authorities in delivering/executing justice even on such heard-rendering crimes. Looking to the gravity of the situation, a review of our existing judicial system to arrest spreading the impulsiveness displayed in Hyderabad case. To start with, following points could be focused:
1) What instigated Hyderabad Police to execute rhe
encounter;
2) Are the law keeping forces along with common man
losing faith in our judiciary & judicial system;
3) Should the perpetrators of gruesome crimes, like, rape &
murder already proved in the court and sentenced to
death be allowed to delay the execution of the
punishment on one or other pretence and should be
allowed to file mercy appeal;
4) What is the justification in prolonging such gruesome
cases in courts for pronouncement of judgement for
several years and even for decades;
5) Should the accused of hyenas crimes, like, rapes and
murders be granted bail to enable them for further
criminal acts;
6) Shouldn't our lawyers refuse to accept cases of such
criminals;
7) Should crimes, like, rapes & murders be differentiated
considering age factors or the criterion should be the act
and intention;
8) What should the government do to create an
atmosphere likely to be helpful to drastically reduce, if
not eradicate gruesome crimes like, rapes and murders;
9) The kind of action needed to repose faith in our judiciary
system.
This is not a complete list of required action in the area but could be proved to be effective in getting desired results in the issues discussed. more

Not sure whether the killed ones were true culprits. Or Telanagana Government to show that and also to pacify public rage, these 4 persons were killed? more

In one of my comments on this case, I had commented that the nature of the crime indicates that all the offenders are hardened criminals with no. of past cases. Was the encounter arranged to permanently hush-up the previous cases? Was the encounter designed to protect the interests/images of some so-called respected/powerful individual(s)? Let us not ride the crests of emotions, but examine the wide troughs of crimes buried by crimes. more

Till a court confirms that the suspected rapists were in fact the actual rapists and that the police did in fact kill the four suspected rapists in self-defence without any option to defend themselves otherwise, we cannot exonerate the cops from custodial death of the suspects whose custodial protection was their duty. As for justice, till the suspected rapists are confirmed by courts to be rapists through a legal conviction with appropriate sentence, the process of justice is not complete and the due process of law has been rendered infructuous by the cops' action. Looking to the record of police in encounter killings, one can hardly be sure that the cops' action was at all legal unless a court finds it to be so. more

This highlights the dutiful Purpose of Judiciary and Justice legally . Legal Process ITSELF BECAME UNJUSTIFIED decades together since 1975 , 1979 , 1987 where SC notified .
