Surakshit Bharat need Prompt and Accountable Elections
1. Voter List shall be mandated to contain Aadhaar Card Number in Areas wherever Aarhaar Card is issued.
2. Voter Slips shall be delivered 1 Week before Election Day ; Voter Slips shall be issued 1 day before AND ON the Election Day to every Claimant at the same Election Booth enabling Voter to Vote.
3. It is a must for the E.C. to mandate postponing Election to an another Week if Voter Lists delivery is not complete in any Area of the Constituency.
4. Any Photo Identity of any Govt shall be demanded from Voter to CAST HIS VOTE and mention it’s Number in the E.C. Voter List of the concerned Booth.
5. President’s Rule shall be mandated for the whole period of 5 years if No Party or the Unit of Coalition declared before Election to E.C. gains requisite Ruling majority AND NO COALITION AFTER ELECTION IS TO BE PERMITTED. It has to be regarded that No Party Rule is accorded by the Voters in toto. Only Independents Elected can join or support the Party or Unit and No party is to be allowed to align after Election to Score the minimum majority to Share the Rule .
6. IPC Sections 171 A to 171 J shall be amended increasing the Volume of Penal Actions suitable to the status of 21st Century.
Actions on these IPC Sections are to be notified to the general Public before 41 days completing penal proceedings within 30 days of election Results Counted.
7. Election Commission has to notify One Week before the Date of Elections about the issues of Conviction notified in ‘B’ Form Filed by the Contestant enabling Voters to decide whom to Vote. more

Today S.C. directed E.C. to reply why the particulars of Convictions were not Notified/published in News Papers in 2018 and whether to be viewed under Contempt of Court. Let us see HOW E.C. Justifies its Authority OR HOW supports its performance. more

The Elections conducted in end of 2018 didn't reveal details of Convictions. 2019 Elections need strict follow in this regard while the CONVICTS OF 2 years and above shall be disqualified to contest in Elections to share the Rule in the Country please. E.C AND SC TOGETHER BE STRICT AND VIGILANT to Save Sanctity of Rule in the Country. more

The suggestive conditions of H.P.Gurg on Electioneering in another Post is wholly mandated system of Election in our Constitution though not described in detail. Parliament alone [together with State Legislatures] is the institution that shall honour and implement constitutional Mandates in true governance of JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political. THIS DEMANDS PERFECT, SINCERE AND DEDICATED AND UN-CORRUPT CANDIDATURE to Contest in Election the failure of which totally side-track and ruin the motto of the very Constitution. Dr Ambedkar specifically clarified the purpose and objective of Rule under the Constitution in the Constituent Assembly WHICH SHALL BE THE EVER REMINDING MANDATE TO all the Governing Bodies of the Constitution , i.e., the Parliament and Legislatures : Election Commission , AND, the Judiciary . The whole objective, concept and Provision of absolute authority TOTALLY DRAINED BY THE POLITICAL PARTIES AND CONTESTANTS where by the Directives of Rule in the Country under Constitution adopted went wrong-tracked. Even the Preamble Guarantees as well as the true mandate of Constitutional Articles had been ignored AND SUCH SELFISH POLICY OF RULE OPTED BY MEMBERS ELECTED RUINED THE WHOLE Development, Economy , Safety of People and, Security of the Nation too. The increasing % of Members having Criminal Record in these PARLIAMENT HOUSES AND LEGISLATURES IS AUGHT TO BE CURBED BY THE ''' ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA ''' AND, SUPREME COURT IS TO DIRECT FOR SPECIFICALLY SUGGESTED REGULATIONS ON ELECTIONEERING AND, THE MEMBERS . 7 Decades are too much a time for such institutions to realize and act to curb the corrupt practices. We all shall demand even through a Petition to Election Commission of India as well as a PIL in the S.C. please. more
