Suspension of international flights - Survey Findings

Intl Flights with affected countries must be shut because remember the COVID Timeline
Person gets: Exposed on day 0 Test +ve day 3-4 and Symptoms start day 5.

First 3 days after catching infection I could be at an airport in UK negative in covid test and again negative in India and then I am out infecting others in symptomatic or asymptomatic mode.

Other than Delhi there is no mandatory quarantine for thise testing negative. Please escalate this to our Central Govt and your Chief Minister. more

Suspension of international flights - Survey Findings
With the daily number of case of COVID-19 declining, India is likely to recover from the pandemic soon. However, Govt of India has restarted Vande Bharat flights from UK (impacted by the B.1.1.7) and flights from other countries with variants strains are also continuing. The circle survey indicates that 64% citizens are in favour of India suspending flights with countries impacted by new strains till Jan 31st. Covid 19 will be with us for many more months. Vaccination in the world will to on throughout this year. Travel by whatever means cannot be banned. Proper protocols before boarding in and out of airports/trains/bus/taxis is a must. more
