Perfect suggestion by Himanish. As individuals, this is one thing we can surely do. If we are able to click photos of filthy places in our neighborhood and put it up with the address, the concerned corporator can take action. Otherwise, most of the cleaning campaigns are just eye-washers. We can coordinate with the corporator - to clean up with their help also. Middle class and upper class will not come to touch any of the filth on their own except that which can be cleaned with brooms and is not really filthy. However, that is not the real face of our neighborhood. more
