Our civic bodies and the bureaucrats heading them have no concern on this aspect because they are neither accountable , nor made responsible . Their functioning are least transparent .
Swachch Bharat can be achieved in a day when they are made to walk on the streets to see for themselves the state of affairs of all such dirts spreading in their area of responsibilities.
Media should publish their photographs where ever they find such heaps of waste , water stagnating , pot holes on the roads , loose wires hanging on the roads , sewerage flowing from the man holes. more

Times of India developed an app for public to take photos os such spots and they are published in newspapers. Our Vijayawada municipalitiy is taking action atleast abfew. Let this is done in other places also. more

Please walk in front of New Delhi Rly station. Please walk on the left side of Chennai Central Station. Please see the entire area surrounding Secunderabad Rly station, Charminar area and Koti in Hyderabad, We are paying SB CESS also.
