It has been totally neglected by citizens the way they celebrated in spite of law order .shame on the people who flout . more
Ruling of the Supreme Court on the subject had a great impact during the recently celebrated Deepavali Festival and both sound & air pollution was at their lowest level, as well as, mental peace for the peace loving people had prevailed at large. It is evidenced from this single instance that we had been showered with too much of liberty in the name of democracy during last 70 years inculcating the character of acting as per our wills without bothering for others multiplied by existence of nasty selfish politics. Our people could now be disciplined only either enacting draconian laws or by interference of our apex court in every respect in the event of failure of our Parliamentarians to do their duties with sincerity. more
This Government has started some advertising for family planning. Till a few years back it was not so. May be, if elected again it may add more vigor to it. All people should realize that population explosion and prosperity can not go together. They should, for their own benefit , should exercise it. more
Urban Local Bodies, should take further initiative. more
The population explosion is well known. It is a ls a fact that the govt does not wish to tackle this politically sensitive issue. In a way after, the pollution goes beyond bearable limits and people start dying it will reduce the population automatically. So dont compel the two wheeler riders to wear helmets, dont reduce pollution etc. Like some fish commit mass suicide when their population grows beyond limits, the humans are also doing the same unknowingly and indirectly. more
