16 point Swatch Parliament for 2016
Please announce this on 25th December 2015 on National Governance Day. India is a great country let us make it greater.
Parliament will debate, discuss and deliberate from 2016 only everything related to the following 16 issues:-
1. Economic development involving trade, business, insurance banking, industries etc
2. Social Welfare and Health care-involving planning and implementation of various schemes with deadlines.
3. Science and technology related developments
4. Energy resources utilization-with practical concern for environment and nature without taking any extreme positions.
5. Education, Employment generation, labor welfare issues
6. Rural development
7. Infrastructure
8. Manufacturing activities and Digital India programs
9. External affairs
10. Agricultural development
11. Promoting all classical arts and culture, folk arts, regional culture, handicrafts etc
12. Development of all sports
13. Avoid any debate or talk on about anything to do with religion, caste, allegations counter allegation etc and strengthening Judiciary, CBI, Election commission etc
14. Promotion of Tourism and mass transportation systems
15. National security involving intelligence agencies, defense forces for tackling all cross border, and home grown terrorists like Maoists activities etc. Installing Gigapixel cameras in all railway, bus and airport terminals as well as religious gatherings and malls, also make video graphing 24/7 mandatory in all police stations.
16. Most importantly make changes in legal system that media houses which publish or telecast false allegations/news tarnishing either individual image or promoting social unrest will have to pay huge compensation to affected party.
Annexure:-
Every day in a month we can assign two hours for discussing one state related issues i.e one state per day and 1 hour after 7 P.M for political debates preferably parliament and courts must work 250 days a year.
Most importantly not allow any media except government media houses like Doordarshan and AIR to telecast parliament proceedings or PIL must be filed to allow a few lakh media registered as print media, press or webcast or telecast channels. Then parliament will have to function only from 8 big cricket stadiums or beaches. more
