System of File Banegi
I think Modi ji needs to implement a new model if this Govt wants to keep masses engaged like they were in election of Modi.
The whole concept of file banegi needs to be brought online. Right now people are wasting months in making a file, moving it, indecisiveness. A new approach is called for. more

online systems especially of procedures which cause a lot of hassles for citizens like birth, marriage and death certificates will be highly appreciated. Also citizens should be encouraged to express their views, complaints and appreciations online. For instance the Swatch Bharat Mission is certainly laudable but some clear and stern guideline have to be issued to the various municipal corporations and other bodies for keeping localities clean. Also fines should be imposed on littering, spitting etc. Public toilets on payment basis should be set up at all important places and roads. Old habits die hard. Imagine the expense and trees saved if we could only reduce paper in our government. Making and tracking a file has become a method of revenge in ministries as well. They deliberately delay or lose them. If we implement the electronic system the same matter can be considered by multiple people at the same time thus saving time and energy.However it means that government officers will have to learn to make fast decisions! more

E GOVERNANCE AND ONLINE SYSTEMS SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED SPEEDLY. THIS WILL CUT SORT MOST OF THE RED TAPE-ISM AND WORK WILL BE DONE WITHIN A SET TIME LIMITS. IN ADDITION TO CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, STATE GOVERNMENTS AND LOCAL MUNICIPAL BODIES SHOULD ALL FALL IN LINE, FOR THE WELFARE OF MASSES.IN THEIR OWN INTEREST. MASSES HAVE LOTS OF EXPECTATIONS, AT LEAST FROM BJP LED BODIES. IT WILL BE IN THEIR OWN INTEREST, TO MEET THE LONG EXPECTATIONS OF MASSES. FED UP WILL ALL AROUND CORRUPTION AND BAD GOVERNANCE .PEOPLE HAVE ELECTED THEM. WITH LOTS OF EXPECTATIONS. IT IS HIGH TIME THE DUE IS GIVEN EVEN TO THE LAST MAN IN THE STREET. more
