tackling corruption
Corruption is deep rooted in our country it is our mind set nothing can improve. The margin of businessmen is quite low and they have no time to patiently wait for process to get over so the easy way is to pay bribe and get the work done.
The so called clean people are not serious they did not appoint LOKPAL in 2014-15 to tackle the issue. There is some atrocity act which has been made strong recently this act can be misused and some people can get protection who can stop no body.
What we are thinking about is utopian state which does not exists anywhere. if some businessman or other citizen repeatedly complain about corruption other issues he/she may have to face inquiries investigation from CBI ED or Income Tax or such allied Government Departments. So one has to accept it as fate accompli and move on more

Corruption has become more of the law of the land. A common man has no option except to satisfy the Govt official or forget about the natural justice. more

COFFINING CORRUPTION INFORMATION: some one wrote that Lok Pal was not nominated. Bribery giver will be punished for 7 years. So nobody can open his mouth and say, I am forced to give bribery to get my files moved. If he does not give bribery, his files will not move-no action. CBI has become a centre of corruption Income tax department will not reveal any information under right to information-they will only take money Defence drowned with corruption melee. Anti-corruption clause itself is waived. 2 lacs companies were removed from company affairs. With that all havala, inter-company transactions, investors Loss, quires, and share investment claims all closed. May be one lakh crores of fraud is wrote of by Mr.Arun Jaitley. NPA list is sleeping in the store rooms of SUPREME COURT, Panama Papers, and so many foreign investments or financial terrorism are sleeping in the cub boards of Supreme courts. Swiss bank account balances are only 7000 crores. it was told that it was having more than 15 lakhs crores in 2013 or 2014. Where the money gone. Arun Jaitley says the balances are nil in many accounts. Finance minister is ignorant of banking, that is the problem. He can not pass regulation demanding that all those accounts are under TAX EVASION LAW and their statement for previous five years shall be furnished to India. Don't expect any concrete steps from this Govt or any other Govt to tackle corruption, all gives only lip service. NDA has recently corrupted the Anti Corruption law by an amendment which makes the bribe giver liable for 7 years in jail, while protecting the bribe takers by mandating prior permission from " competent authorities " to even proceed with a discreet enquiry ( by past experience we know that such permissions come after ages if at all it comes). Recently two ofiicers have been let off by a court in Maharashtra by applying this clause retrospectively in Irrigation scam, which propelled present Govt. to power in maharashtra. A few days back in another scam case which propelled present central govt in power fewofiicers have invoked this clause in Supreme court. Almost all the cases involving Govt officials will now be dispoed off one by one. We have also seen how the entire Loksabha ganged up against Janlokpal bill during Anna Hazareraji's agitation, we have also seen how this Govt has resisted appointment of a Lokpal inspite of persistent push by Supreme Court. more
