Taking advantage of Diwali offers from eBay.in, I ordered a New iPhone 4 32 GB @10,000.00 on 30/10/'15. Upon its arrival, when inserted the SIM, the phone was not functioning, and I sought replacement with a tested, new working phone. But, no action, for long and when threatened of Legal action, eBay informed on 09/12/'15, that in a week's time money will be refunded. The entire episode smacks of attempts to palm off rejected/bad/tests-failed defective phones to hapless customers, hence, they should be restricted and disciplined. more

In India, Online purchase is NOT always safe, as you can not sense the goods, especially electronic goods. Anyway, you will get back your money from ebay, provided you have to follow it up with them. Pls note that ebay is a platform here. They need a good feedback in this stage, that's why you need not worry for your money, from ebay etc more

Imagine Sushma Swaraj folding her hands to greet Nawaz Sharif, and the Pakaistani just smiling back. Our politicians have no knowledge of Islamic culture. Never fold you hands to a Muslim, especially one resident abroad. Poor protocol knowledge of the Foreign section as well as Ms. Swaraj.
