TALL CLAIMS IN ADVERTISEMENTS THAT DOESN’T COMMENSURATE WITH EFFECTS IN REALITY:

Dear Fellow Consumers,
We have been discussing about the new Aggressive, unethical (morally as no law binds) patterns adopted by the traders that have Tall Claims not at all commensurate with the real effects to the consumers.

Particularly by the Food, Beverage Industries . No doubt Drugs both Allopathic and Ayurvedic manufacturers have also been indulging in this.

Particularly the Manufacturers claiming Sexual Fertility, sexual Performance and Potency.
There is an Act for such products appearing in the Drugs and Cosmetics.
IS THERE ONE TO CONTROL SUCH ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE FOOD & BEVERAGES ?

Attachment :Look at the Press, it has stood safe and pushed the ball into courts of the Consumers.
* If not there should be one.
* If there is one it should bear its Teeth. more
