Tata Group corrupt too??

Regret there are factual errors in the resource (Is it really a resource for this forum, discussion and suggestions on which will benefit citizens?). To the best of my knowledge, the trustees of Tata Sons, holding trust for Tata group companies, are Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Executive Chairman, Vijay Singh, Nitin Nohria, Ronen Sen, Farida Khambata, Venu Srinivasan, Ajay Piramal, Amit Chandra, Ralf Speth, Bhaskar Bhat,Saurabh Agrawal and Harish Manwani. I am afraid that name/s of any Director of Tata Sons finds a place in arrested list. To the best of my knowledge, companies with majority/ full share holding by Tata Sons guided by Tata family till date follow ethics to the maximum extent. After all, the companies are business entities and not REPEAT not charitable organisations. Thus, they have to operate in given environment, which is created by people (both politicians & Executive) in governance. It is everyone's knowledge that the environment is not what it should be ideally and in exemplary societies. Tata companies employ and assign professional assignments to consultants, which are in abundance in Delhi & elsewhere too (where business thrives) and they don't take responsibility for the actions of such consultants. If I remember correctly, a lady by name, Mrs. Fernandez was investigated for 2G scam and she was alleged to be working for Tata Tele-services. Air Asia's case is perhaps akin but with a slight difference. Air Asia, perhaps, doesn't have either majority holding or managerial/ executive control of Tata Sons. Thus, it is unwise to paint Tata Sons with the same brush. more  

Yes Very shocked to read this.All efforts will be made to hush up the case and they will get away also thanks to our poor lethargic and overburdened judicial system. more  

almost all corporates houses are corrupt and no diff then public houses,undertaking, only diff is in public sector from sweeper to director are corrupt but in private sector starts from mangers to directors !! more
