Tata service and parts quality
1. Over and again the problems are persisting like steering column noise which is persistent from.the 4.th month after purchase
2. The purpose of.buying a new car is remaining trouble free for the first 3 years which is not at all in my case
3. The ORVM is not broken and was working properly from.past 1.5 years now suddenly it stopped working, a new problem in the warranty period which is not being carered properly
4. I had my door switch changed , rear charger changed
Similar case of a nexon diesel purchased from ur showroom HP 94 0786 was having trouble in the very first year of purchase , u can check ur records of gear system problem in that nexon , the person sold the vehicle and boughy a maruti dzire.
So shlould i question.the qulaity of car or the quality of dealer ,
So whom should i question ? Is it the product quality which is not good or the dealer who is not delivering or may be its the consumer who has made a wrong choice, i have purchased many vehicles but always had trouble free first three years and here i am facing lot of trouble in the warranty period and there is lack.of coperation from the dealer side.
