Tata Sky - Poor services
Frequently there wont be any signals from Tata Sky and cant view the TV. When ever we lodge a complaint, a bargain starts that you have to pay Rs 200/- for their technician's visit and your monthly subscription due date will be preponed against this. As it is happening frequently and in the last visit I noticed that the technician did not do any thing other than talking to their office and adjusting some software settings, I doubt that this happens as a preplanned event to generate more revenue. and this is what is shocking from a TATA BRAND company. I doubt that their technician services are outsourced and that is the main reason.
Today after marathon talk with their service centre where there were highly tutored replies, finally I got a signal and a clear message that we wont resolve your complaint and better you get your TATA SKY disconnected.
While I am happy to do that, it is a shcking experience from a TATA BRAND. more
