Tatasky through its channel packages is carrying out unfair trade practices. In every package (base) they have included HD channels which definitely would be part of the subscription irrespective of the subscriber having HD connection. Why HD channels should be part of the package when subscriber has not taken HD set-top box? This need to be taken up strongly and accordingly relief should be made available to customers by disabling such channels and reduction in subscription charge. Further, when HD connection has not been taken why during scrolling of channels the HD channels appear for only displaying "you have not subscribed for HD connection". It is ridiculous and irritating. If it is from Tata group it is not of that standard. Consumers forum should protect the right of customers. more
