Tatasky cheat customers
We paid for Platinum Package Rs. 14000/- (for Primary + 2 TVs). but after 10/15 days my most liked paid for news channel Al Zazeera was withdrawn. Tatasky has planned its packages to cheat customers who at the most see 20/30 chennels only. more

Agree, as a part now Tata sky is not interested in their existing subscribers and their customer care has got attitude towards the subscribers. I feel the same they are cheating their customers event after the Govt eventually dropped the prices. We all need to raise this and BOYCOTT purchasing Tata sky and put across all social media & on the net, till it reaches all public and the top level management. more

Tata Sky is not at all a user friendly concern. When you contact them on phone, most of the time they can not provide in needed info. I have been trying to find the nearest local dealer to contact for more than a month but failed. Toll free no operators can not provide it and the tele conversations are most of the time unclear with a lot of back ground noises. I can not understand their statements. I have been using them on annual but now changed to monthly and looking for alternate provider. more
