Tatkal ticket

In the recent days Indian railways have started this new stunts to show concern and make people participate in the railway service improvement. the first basic question comes "is the railways really interested in improvement" If yes - first take care of complain and suggestion register which is available every where. It just a formality and you get a pre-printed reply after a month.
Secondly if you really want to improve then " stop this Tatkal service as soon as possible." This is un-ethecial and even illegal. It has created corruption in the country, Removal will solve so many problems in the country.
I can give detail information in this matter if required.

Instead of stoping tatkal stop premium tatkal. Tatkal is really useful for short notice journeys and beeing very vigilent in lending tatkal tickets will be very usefull for really needy passengers.. more

I fully support the above view.Tatkal system is the short cut method to collect more revenue .It is totaly un ehical and cruel, must there fore stop it. more
