Tax Evasion by Jodhpur Mandore Mandi Traders
I find traders from Mandore Mandi, Jodhpur use 2 ways of avoiding tax. 1. Under invoicing. They get under invoiced bills from the source and forward same saving partial tax. How ever the commodity rates can be checked on Agmark website. 2. No Invoice. They use benami accounts. When the transport documents are verified, you will not know who the owner is. However the State Tax authorities are as usual neglecting this and are allowing the traders to do this malpractice. more

This is peanut as against V. Mallya, Kocher, and other Bankers as well as Modi to name few. The Bank of Maharashtra is only exception wherein some BAR is visible, rest are still scot-free apart from others who's name not came at all more

Monthly envelopes make everything regular. Taxation department people are heavily corrupt, who understand the only language of "two pie extra income" to maintain their 'That Bat', which is not a secret and even the government is well aware of and their minsters are also constituents and share holders of the money coming in through back doors. Until the bribe takers are socially boycotted, such menace will continue. more

This type of practice is very common in this country.This should be handled with iron hand.Our inspecting staff is also totally corrupt and they will allow this type of practice when they are bribed by these business man.It must Stop immediately. more
