The country should adopt simpler rules & regulations. GST is one step in this direction. Some more simplifications : The total Population to be divided into 3 categories : ( No SC/ ST/ Jat n so on ). 1. Creamy layer ( Income above 12 lakhs / year) 2. Middle class ( Income 1- 12 lakhs) & 3. BPL. ( Income below Rs 1 Lakh/ year) All subsidies to be given to BPL class only. Creamy layer shd be taxed higher. more

Largest tax evasion is in real estate - famous for 40:60 rule. Everyone know about it - local government, central government but nobody does anything about it. If this issue is addressed, it will make properties cheaper and accessible to law abiding citizens more

1. Solution is very simple Now even the poorest of the poor in Delhi is having a bank account and Debit card.So why not use it for more tax collection!!!. Make all transactions in all shops and business establishments in Delhi compulsorily cashless,only one can buy using his/her Debit/Credit Cards.All these information of transactions must be connected to the tax departments computers and servers, where they can know the profit each shop/establishment is making in a specific period and can collect the VAT,Service tax,Excise duties etc accordingly.It only needs the will power of the Govt nothing else. more

Vat Tax should be made 2% flat on all items. This will boost the tax input in delhi and will end bribery. more

In case, Delhi Government wants to raise the revenue, the revenue department should review the policy of registration of property. All properties on General Power of Attorney should be permitted to be registered into Sale Deed. This will lessen the court cases amonst the general public which is one of the cause of property feud. The Property owner will not be able to re-sale the property to unscrupulous buyers. By opening this point for public cause a, lot of revenue will come accumulate. Ram Yadav (Senior Citizen) more
