Tax Theft in Noida
Was recently told about this circle initiative and think in this day and time the only way for elected and appointed to stay relevant is to know ppls issues and engage with them.
I feel VAT theft is big issue in Noida where many companies and individuals get goods delivered without paying tax on the border and paying off a small bribe. even eCommerce companies tend to violate this at times.
if this is addressed may be noida will be having more revenue and therefore more funds to spend on policing, greenery etc. more

Any theft of taxes/govt dues, is a process. Can't be implemented or actualised without involvement of all parties in the cycle, including the actual end customer. This corrupt trail or class is not short of money. They have a habit of saving by depriving govt. GST will not affect this breed. We have to change attitudes with stern actions against each member of the chain, including families of people involved, govt machinery. School children can force parents to show them invoices of all expenses and purchases more

These are the systems that MUST BE REMOVED from our country. No additional Tax should be applicable on any item, simply because it is purchased in one state and brought into another state. Thus there is not issue of theft of VAT or any other type of tax. With GST this matter would in any case be eliminated/ reduced substantially. more
