The TTE and the RPF should also be held responsible for allowing unauthorised activities in the trains. But since every body is a Govt. employee and has got a secure and non-accountable job, they take the liberty of absolving their duty. more

this is really shameful & disgusting work by Railway contractor vendor person. All passenger have to boycott the tea/ coffee & others nasta served by them. more

I traveled by Shatabdi Express starting at 5 PM from Dehradun on 5/5/18 with PNR 2726583548. I found that the train was running with Jerks through out the journey. Either the track was bad or driver was a learner or both It was a very uncomfortable journey. I was always in grip of fear that the train might derail. secondly, I observed that after serving meals the waiter came to every asking for TIP. This is un-called for practice which must be stopped immediately. I suggest CC TV cameras should be installed in every reserved coach to put an end to various types of malpractices and also to prevent thefts on account of entry of un-authorised passengers. more
