Terminate ineffective ministers in Govt

I am hearing that the Prime Minister is looking at reshuffling his minister team ahead of the 2024 elections.

I must say other than may be 10 ministers, rest of the lot is largely incapable and ineffective.

I think Localcircles earlier used to share ratings of Ministers ministries and departments with PMO and senior leaders. Everyone please use link below and rate. I feel other than the following ministers almost all are quite mediocre.
Good Performers, Home - Amit Shah, Defence Rajnath Singh, Commerce Consumer - Piyush Goyal, Road - Nitin Gadkari, Water - Gaj Singh
Telecom and Railways. - Ashwani Vaishnav, Finance Nirmala Seetharaman, Health and Ayush - Mansukh Mandavia Urban Development Hardeep Singh.

Other than these has anyone done anything they can even talk about. Environment, HR, Women Child, Social Justice, Power, Energy, Petroleum, Aviation, Tourism, Culture and probably 25 other ministries. more

Modi Govt has Improved a lot on this issue. This was at its optimum during Congress Regime. Even Modi is planning to settle old veterans. So that Young Politicians will be given a chance. more
Kiren Rijiju has a very tough opponent before him and yet is calling a spade a spade. Very few ministers dared tackle the issue. more
Request you to do the same assessment for your local/state governments and get them removed. Higher impact of lives is at that level more
And on what basis have you concluded that the other ministers are not performing?? more
