Terrible experience with ICICI Lombard for my four wheeler insurance.
Dear All, I really need your help in resolving this issue I am facing wth ICICI Lombard for the past two weeks. I had renewed my car insurance policy for this year and when I received the document, the vehicle model number, chassis number and engine number was wrongly mentioned in the policy but all the rest of the details were correct including the registration number. I have been calling them, writing so many emails to them, spoken to their priority team but so far nothing. I have even shared the RC copy with them several times. Quite frankly I am surprised because last policy had the correct details.
I have even received someone else policy, can you imagine that. What pathetic service they are giving. Please guide me what I should do about this. Can I take it up with Ombudsman? more

Then also send it to Lombard global head and then keep all the documents ready and file it in the consumer grievances court more

If you do not received any reply from the concerned insurance company then you may take a legal step more

if i go to icicilombard document or in their website there is a grievances person name to whom you need to first send a mail with a copy to IRDAI mentioning all the details.There is also an escalation matrix in their website.If that also does not work then you can also write to Lombard to let them know as to what is happpening in their office in india more

Sir I have sent many emails to their grievance dept but got no response till now. They sent me someone else endorsement copy. I am fed up of this problem. more
