agree Rajesh ji , My view point is ..... people beyond 70 has to be away from Main Stream , they have to support country & its country man by fostering them .. they could guide all the young people , but it is very strange that people after certain age does not want to give up , while this is the age when they can be act as a mentor . It will give a freehand as well as a feeling to younger people that they are not alone , allow them to take a calculative risk on the pretext that seniors are their to consult . Younger team has to consult Seniors more often .. more
