I really appreciate the Govt accepting my request raised via these circles back in Sep end about extending date for old stock sale to March 31, 2018 yesterday.
I want to seek inputs of officials on what to do with old pre GST stock which is in scrap category.
Scrap buyers in our country do business in cash and not in cheque and dont give receipt and at this point we dont want to generate black money again. Can a solution be derived for this may be that old pre-GST stock can be still allowed to sell after march 31, 2018 as long as tax is being paid to govt at prevailing gst rates. more

I have begun to feel we are very honest with this government. This government wants to save Mallya and like frauds from BJP at our cost. We will be doomed after Robbery Act is passed by Modi gang. more

You can sell scrap in cash. Take a receipt of money from the scrap buyer with authenticating his name address and contact phone. Book all the received money in your books honestly and hope for no trouble. If you have already generated black money in past share that with characterless people and live happily. more

now days scrap buyers are trying to get used to taking money rtgs and neft,slowly they will get used to because since 70years they are used to cash transactions,because they use to never use to have bank accounts more

This mandates the issue of findingout the real Stock Produced as Recorded ; Stock adulterated out of Books ; and, the Goods that were not paid DUTY & SALES TAX TOO which are concealed from Books . more
