Judiciary's 1st action in this Case itself is of top important and the judgment will upheld the National interest and, keep Jurisprudence a Top. CJI's concept is this only and let us have the fruit anticipated. more  

All this was avoidable, had the government not brought Rakesh Saxena into CBI. In such an event, dealing with issues related to Director would have been possible for the government to put before the Selection Committee. Attempting to plant people with gujarat links in every important institute, is causing all these problems. Sorry state of affairs ! we lost quite a few notches of our image in the eyes of our own people and became a laughing stock before the international community. Now that proceedings of CVC are to be carried under the watchful eyes of a distinguished retired jurist, the central vigilance commissioner, if he has any self respect, must tender his resignation, after completing the assigned inquiry/investigation. more
