As per supreme court ruling, let the defaulters be punished, the residents be compensated 'PROPERLY' AND BE vacated.
The real question is; Why didn't the Kerala govt approach the supreme court and take over the rights of the building freely and transform it into MUSEUMS OR ART GALLERIES OR PUBLIC LIBRARIES?
Sadly not a soul in Kerala, leave alone the public but the literary groups or paristhithika experts never even cried a bit. what a shame. more
