The encroachment on footpath and Parking of shopkeepers OWN VEHICLE in front of shops
All the shopkeepers park own vehicle in front of their shops. They do not provide parking to the customers/buyers. The encroachment on footpath and in front of Metro are being done without any control and the MCD and the Police accept bribe and charge nominal fee to legalize their presence.
Secondly, the total pedestrian movement is disturbed and the pedestrian are put inconvenience and danger.
Proper area for the informal sector should be carved out on a planned manner.
The way out of this is to PUT Rs.5000/- minimum to the shopkeepers to violating the orders/parking illegal vehicle. more

I fully endorse, Shri Satvinder. The governance rule of MCD , DDA, PWD, & many other enforcement agencies is ' Might is Right'. 2Will the DCP (West), DC( South West) Member (Concerned in DDA) & Chief Engineer concerned, PWD take a round of the area Vikaspuri particularly, to ensure all pavements are cleared before 12 August,2018. This is most annoying , illegal and unethical practice by shopkeepers. They donot care for their own customers. Fine or Rs 5000/ ..???? They will close Delhi or the city. If you make token amount of Rs 500/ this would go a long way. But rahul or Kejriwal will never allow . Everything is Vote bank more

Around 5000+ of School Children - Girls and Boys and aged persons almost walk in the middle of Road for Kilometers because of Footpath is not available. Anybody can check on anyday any of the School in Delhi, same situation is available. more

Motor Vehicle Act should be amended to impose a penalty by doubling the vehicle insurance premium in case of of violation of Motor vehicle rules. For second or repeat violation driving licence should be cancelled for a minimum period of three years. Honest and dedicated law enforcing personnel should be suitably rewarded. There is an immediate need to install CCTV at all strategic locations and traffic signals by the police department. more
